Dr. Jill Green is a retired professor of dance (somatics) at UNC Greensboro. Dr. Green joined the faculty of UNC Greensboro in 1993, and is a pioneer in the area of body/mind somatic research and the originator of Social Somatic Theory.

Workshop, 1966 - 1967
The collection contains correspondence, reports, programs, and photographs relating to Project Movement Education for which Tillotson was the Director, 1966-1969. This project was a Title III grant through the Elementary and Secondary Education Act. It was implemented in 1966 in a three county area around Plattsburgh, New York. The project's purpose was to develop a curriculum of movement education. A few earlier papers not related to the Project are also in the collection.
