The Amy Marie Charles Papers date from 1965 to 1984 and contain documents related to George Herbert, his family, his literary works, and other 17th century literary texts; drafts of articles; correspondence; and photographs. Friends of Bemerton information, tapes, microfilm, and slides connected with Herbert programs, lectures, and research are also included, as well as a copy of the Williams MS. on negative microfilm.

The sheet music collection contains approximately 100 scores. Many of the scores are dated between 1960 and 2007, and include printed and handwritten drafts. The works included are for a variety of instrumentation for both small and large ensemble. Beeler's most prominent works make up boxes 1-4. The collection also contains approximately 100 arrangments in Beeler's own hand. The personal papers are comprised of student papers and teaching materials.
