Nettie Marvin Allen Collection

Abstract Nettie Marvin Allen of Henderson, North Carolina, attended the State Normal and Industrial School (now UNCG) from 1892-1895.

The collection contains her Physics notes from the academic year 1894-1895 and her Laboratory Manual of General Chemistry from 1893. Her scrapbook, entitled Among My Souvenirs, contains programs, photographs and autographs and comments from people she met through 1938.
