This collection includes biographical information, correspondence, and clippings about Charlie Phillips as well as 3 scrapbooks of appreciation letters presented to him at a dinner in his honor.
Emilia Phillips Papers
This collection includes 77 broadsides of poetry and prose by various authors collected by UNCG professor and poet Emilia Phillips. Each broadside contains a poem or excerpt, the poet's name, and a colophon describing printing information. There are various printmaking processes used, including digital, letterpress, and relief printing. Papers used include both handmade and machine-made. The broadsides were collected between 2009 and 2020, though some are undated.
Department of Philosophy Records
The Department of Philosophy was created in 1935; however it would not develop into a successfully functioning department until 1949 with the arrival of Warren Ashby. Today the Department is responsible for the undergraduate curriculum in philosophy.
The records of the Department of Philosophy contain annual reports, brochures, flyers, lectures, and an archive of the department's website, which document the activities of the Department from 1958-2015.
Photographs of the Monterey Jazz Festival
A collection of 77 color Kodak photographs measuring between 3.5'x5" and 5"x7", without captions. The photographs were taken by an audeience member at the 1970 Monterey Jazz Festival. The images show the groups jamming, watching other performers, and smiling at the crowds.

Claude Zenobia Poindexter of Winston Salem, North Carolina, attended the State Normal and Industrial School (now UNCG) from 1902-1905.
The scrapbook contains handwritten notes on Commencement Exercises as well as newspaper clippings of the 1905 Commencement and autographs from teachers and classmates.
Department of Political Science Records
Political science was first offered as a major in 1959, however, the Department of Political Science was not established until 1970. Today the Department is responsible for the undergraduate and graduate curriculum in political science.
The records of the Department of Political Science contains annual reports, degree proposals, newsletters, reports, an archive of the department's website, and self studies which document the activities of the Department from 1970-2015.

Print Ephemera Collection
The Print Ephemera Collection contains materials related to private and fine presses; individual printers; booksellers; printing-related organizations and publishers; assorted examples of printed ephemera; papermaking-related materials (such as a sample of papyrus); typeface catalogs and type foundries; maps; decorated papers; and broadsides and posters. Items date from circa 16th century to 20th century with the bulk of items falling in the 19th and 20th centuries.
Jane Pritchard Collection
The contents of this collection contains three letters from 1945 from Pritchard's friend Private First Class Susan Peters, who was stationed in Florence, Italy as a member of the Women's Army Corps (WAC). These letters describe the places around the world that Peters travelled to, and her fellow WACs. There is also one photograph of an unnamed woman - presumably Jane Pritchard - in a naval uniform.
