Juliette Adams Papers
This collection contains articles and books written by Mrs. Crosby Adams (Juliette Adams); scrapbooks of her teaching studio happenings, other musical happenings, and programs from the recitals of her students; published articles about Adams; and one folder of correspondence. Several of her scrapbooks contain her handwritten description of events, classes, and class participants.

Alan Beeler Papers
Alan Beeler (1939-2016) is remembered as a performer, educator, and a prolific composer. Acquired in November 2016, the Alan Beeler Collection contains over a hundred manuscript compositions and arrangements, in addition to other music for a variety of instrumentation. The collection also contains a small amount of Beeler's personal papers, including teaching materials.

The Holograph Collection
The Holograph Collection was started through the efforts of Dr. Ruth Hannas and George Henry, former members of the music faculty of the Woman's College (now UNCG).
The Holograph Collection consists of over 150 unpublished musical scores created by North Carolina composers during the mid-20th century.

Ethel Mary Smyth Letters
Dame Ethel Mary Smyth (1858-1944) was an English music composer, author, and feminist. The Ethel Mary Smyth Letters date from 1894 to1937, include correspondents such as Emmeline Pankhurst, Lady Ponsonby, Empress Eugenie and Lord Stamfordham, and cover a broad range of topics, including suffragism, society families, and literature.
Egon Wellesz Contemporary Music Collection
Egon Wellesz (1885-1974) was an Austrian-born British composer, tecaher, and musicologist who composed over 125 works in a variety of perfomance media. He was also a scholar who specialized in Byzantine music and taught at Oxford. Wellesz was a student of composer Arnold Schoenberg and his collection contains many of Schoenberg's published works.
