Warren Ashby Papers
Dr. Warren Ashby, professor of religious studies at UNCG from 1949 until his death in 1985, gathered these materials for the purpose of writing a biography of Frank Porter Graham (FPG). His book, Frank Porter Graham: a Southern Liberal, was published in 1980 after more than twenty years of research.
Office of Assessment, Research, and Evaluation Records
The Office of Assessment, Research, and Evaluation, under the Division of Student Affairs, was responsible for a variety of measures designed to evaluate the performance of the division.
The Office of Assessment, Research, and Evaluation Records consists of polls, minutes, messages, surveys, research reports, self studies, questionnaires, forms and reviews all related to the Division of Student Affairs. The materials date from 1987-2001.
Association of Women Faculty and Administrative Staff Records
Included in the organization's papers are meeting minutes, correspondence, the constitution and bylaws, membership lists, treasurer's reports and a few photographs. The University Archives vertical file contains meeting announcements, fliers, and information on specific events sponsored by the association.

Aycock Ad Hoc Committee Records
The Aycock Ad Hoc Committee Records, 2015, contains the working files of the committee formed in the Spring of 2015 to review and respond to the statewide concern surrounding buildings named in honor of former Governor Charles B. Aycock (1859-1912). These files include an archive of the public website, meeting agendas and minutes, survey feedback, audio recordings of public forums, and the final report of the committee.

Elizabeth "Betty" Bachman Collection
This collection consists of approximately 30 pieces of correspondence during 1943 between Bachman and Miss Cecil De Long of Wapakoneta, Ohio. The letters indicate that Bachman and De Long had a romantic relationship.

Eugenie Baizerman Papers
Originally from Poland, Eugenie Baizerman was one of America's earliest Abstract Impressionists. Prior to immigrating to the United States in 1914, Baizerman's family lived in Bessarabia, a province of Russia, and in the city of Odessa in the Russian Ukraine.
The Eugenie Silverman Baizer collection contains drawings, sketches, paintings in watercolor and oil, as well as correspondence, diaries and journals.

Mary Frances Ballew Scrapbook
Mary Frances Ballew of Lenoir, North Carolina attended the Women's College of the University of North Carolina (now UNCG) as a freshman for two years, 1935 and 1936. There is no record of her graduating from the University.
The scrapbook contains letters, newspaper clippings, holiday cards, telegrams, photographs, concert and play programs, and autographs and comments from classmates.

The Ellen M. Barker Notebooks date from 1893 to 1895. Notebook One contains Barker's Chemistry lecture notes and Notebook Two is a Physical Laboratory Manual and Note Book annotated by Barker.

Kate Barrett Collection of Scottish Country Dances
Kate Barrett (1935- ) spent several decades as a professor and award-winning leader in the field of physical education. She is still active on the UNCG Board of Trustees and was responsible for securing many of the physical education and dance collections in the UNCG archives. The Kate Barrett Collection dates from 1911 to 1963 and contains manuscript notes, a book, and 17 pieces of dance music.

Alan Beeler (1939-2016) is remembered as a performer, educator, and a prolific composer. Acquired in November 2016, the Alan Beeler Collection contains over a hundred manuscript compositions and arrangements, in addition to other music for a variety of instrumentation. The collection also contains a small amount of Beeler's personal papers, including teaching materials.
