The records of the Office of Facilities Design/Construction are comprised of 72 boxes of materials. The records consist of plans, letters, reports, annual reports, and monthly newsletters from the Physical Plant.

Series 2 and addition to collection 4 "Project Files" are organized by a project number system implemented by the Office of Facilities. An index is located in box 24 and box 68 which shows the connection between the project file numbers and the buildings.
