The collection includes Neely's Coast Guard uniform; a garrison cap; Coast Guard formal hat; slides for Kodak carousel; Coast Guard Reservist magazine article "SPARS' Golden Moment", written by Neely in 1992; history of women in the Coast Guard script, 1989; U.S.O. program; photographs and negatives; as well as photographs of service-related documents and an oral history interview recorded in June 2021.
