The Association of Southern Agricultural Workers Records date from 1927 to 1972 and include minutes, financial statements, attendance records, clippings, speeches, and programs of annual meetings of the Home Economics Section (now called Food Science and Technology Section). The programs list names of officers for the association and for each section, as well as names of speakers and titles of their speeches.
