Abstract Nicolle M. Brossard (b. 1983), of Portland, Oregon, has served in the U.S. Army and Army Reserves since 2001. She was a mental health specialist, drug and alcohol counselor, and a master resiliency trainer. She was at Fort Hood, Texas during the shooting incident on 5 November, 2009 and helped with the casualties. Scope and Contents

The Cindy Kempkes Papers date from 1979-2013 with the bulk from 1979. The majority of the items are photographs and U.S. military manuals. There is also an Amendment to the H.R. 1960 involving the exposure of the residents of Fort McClellan to toxic chemicals.
