This series contains materials related to the operation and functions of the Board of Directors of the Rotary Club of Greensboro. Primarily meeting minutes of the Board of Directors, but also includes materials attached to the functioning of the Board of Directors, including correspondence, membership appeals and decisions, newspaper clippings, treasurer's reports, etc. These additional materials seem to be included with the corresponding minutes or time period during which the business was conducted.
