Scope and Contents

From the Collection:

The sheet music collection contains approximately 100 scores. Many of the scores are dated between 1960 and 2007, and include printed and handwritten drafts. The works included are for a variety of instrumentation for both small and large ensemble. Beeler's most prominent works make up boxes 1-4. The collection also contains approximately 100 arrangments in Beeler's own hand. The personal papers are comprised of student papers and teaching materials.

Bach (trio, score and parts): Movement 1 (full score and parts), Allemande (full score and parts), Courante (full score and cello and english horn parts), Sarabande (full score and english horn part, fragment of cello part), Passepied en Rondeau (full score and english horn part), Passepied II (full score and english horn part), Gigue (score fragment and full english horn part). On the backs of two pages of the english horn part is the oboe solo from 12 Variations on B.A.C.H. by Alan Beeler, 1985.
