The Administrative Files series is made up largely of the minutes of the Board of Directors meetings. The Board of Directors sub-series also includes minutes of annual membership and executive committee meetings, reports by persons such as the gallery director that were delivered at those meetings, and correspondence specific to board membership. The Administrative Files series also includes documentation of league by-laws, membership, personnel, planning, and the merger that created the Center for Visual Arts in 2004.
