Scope and Contents
The pastedown end leaf of the front cover has several advertisements for the Shepherd's performances, describing them as comedians and vocalists. The first page is a clipping from a program for the Eden Theatre, dated 1889.
The pages mainly consist of clippings from theatre programs from the late 19th century, some featuring the Shepherds. They are not in chronological order. Programs are from theatres in Chicago, Providence, Columbus, Cincinnati, and New York City.
