Eason describes the circumstances that brought him to The University of North Carolina at Greensboro (UNCG), the development of the psychology department and the administrative styles of Mereb Mossman and James Ferguson. He discusses the growth of the department, the development of the doctoral program, and the effect new graduate programs had on undergraduate programs. He recalls changes he saw in faculty and students over the years and the excitement he first felt regarding the university's bright future.
