Scope and Contents
The Marjorie Craig papers date from 1915 to 1955 and include photographs, manuscripts, a diary, a scrapbook, correspondence, and biographical information. The manuscripts are typed and written copies of Craig's poems, including one entitled Ode to the Woman's College on its Fiftieth Anniversary. The diary records the events of Craig's summers from 1917 to 1926. The scrapbook is a record of Craig's time at the Woman's College from 1915 to 1919. A small collection of correspondence pertains to the dedication of Yorktown by Burke Davis to Craig, who was his creative writing teacher.
