Scope and Contents
The North Carolina Dietetic Association Records date from 1935 to 1986 and include organizational records and one oversize scrapbook. Organizational records include membership lists, minutes, reports, articles of incorporation, bylaws, and policies and procedures.
Additionally, the collection contains some photographs, a large number of clippings, and copies of publications such as The Bulletin of the North Carolina Dietetic Association, the NCDA Newsletter, the Charlotte Dietetic Association Newsletter, and Carolina Food Service Digest.
