Toll Family Ephemera
Scope and Contents
Toll Family Ephemera contains a conglomerate of materials from the Katharine Toll and her brother Henry Toll. The Henry Toll papers include early art work and school work from his grade school years. Also included are several die cut ink stamps created by H. Toll. Katharine Toll attended Wellesley College and collected several alumni newsletters from the school. Toll is not mentioned in any of these newsletters, but the articles detail several women who attended the school during the same time that Toll also attended. Some of these women participated in several branches of service during World War Two. Playbills from productions are also included in this series. Some of the playbills are from New York productions while others are from small local productions. Also included are two ski posters and two Pan-American agribusiness posters, all in full color, that depict agricultural regions in South America.
