The Marnie Thompson Papers include materials relating to the social justice initatives of Marnie Thompson, dating between 1984 to 1999. Most of the social justice issues are related to the Greensboro, NC area, targeting matters of LGBTQ+ civil rights, race relations, and poverty. The largest body of material relates to Thompson's work with the Guilford Alliance for Gay and Lesbian Equality (GAGLE).
