Scope and Contents
This records group contains audio, video, slides, brochures, maps, pamphlets, posters, mailers, and an archive of the department's website related to the Office of Undergraduate Admissions. The materials date from 1959-2021.
Newer mailings are coded thusly:
YIE is yield; RCR is recruitment; OTH is other; FIA is financial aid; SEA is search; EVT is event
The number sequence starts with the year and then 001, 002, etc.
The initials indicate the designer.
The final four digits are the month and year it was mailed (or when it began mailing).
Example: YIE19071JB1219 would be a yield piece (piece intended to yield admitted students), 71st project in 2019, designed by Jayson Buterin, mailed in Dec. 2019.
