The meeting minutes date from 1954 to 1986. They include typed or handwritten records. The attendance records date from 1954 to 1971. The yearbooks include lists of officers and committee members; meeting locations, programs, and hosts; and lists of active members. These records date from 1954 to 2002. The scrapbooks date from 1974 to 2002, and include photographs, yearbooks, newspaper clippings, awards, event programs, and letters. The miscellaneous publications include copies of The National Gardener (1989-1990), The Seed (1989-1992), and The North Carolina Gardener (1989-2001).
