Notebook 2, circa 1890s
Scope and Contents
The Mary C. Watkins Notebooks are three notebooks in which Watkins took class notes and completed course exercises. The first notebook is a brown composition book from the 1890s. The notebook consists predominantly of mathematical notations from textbook exercises and also contains notes on Cookery, including recipes. The second is titled, "Physical Laboratory Manual and Note Book" by Alfred P. Gage and the thrid is titled, "Laboratory Manual of General Chemistry" by R. P. Williams. Both are also partially annotated by Watkins as she completed a portion of the excercises in the books.
