The Holograph Collection was started through the efforts of Dr. Ruth Hannas and George Henry, former members of the music faculty of the Woman's College (now UNCG).

The Holograph Collection consists of over 150 unpublished musical scores created by North Carolina composers during the mid-20^th century.

This collection contains the administrative records of the Dean of the School of Music, Dance, and Theatre. Included are correspondence, memoranda, committee records, annual reports, and other records that document the activities of the Dean.
