Abstract
Dr. Eloise P. Lewis became the founding Dean of the School of Nursing at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. Florence Louise Schaeffer joined the Chemistry Department at the Woman's College (now UNCG) in 1922. She became Department Head in 1934 and taught at the College until 1973.
