Abstract

This collection is comprised of the 2002 book, Communication Across the UNCG Curriculum: A guide for faculty and matrials related to the communicion across the curriculum committee. It is a program designed to improve students communication skills within various disciplines.

Abstract The Office of the Dean of the College of Arts and Sciences was first established in 1921 under the title of the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences. Disbanded in 1935, it was reestablished in 1966 under its current name and structure. Abstract

In 1920, the Faculty Committee approved granting Masters degrees, with an emphasis on training high school teachers and administrators. Throughout the 20th century, the graduate school has expanded dramatically; currently there are 6 schools and colleges which serve 3600 graduate students.

The collection contains five boxes of material, including annual reports, research journals, graduate bulletins, and general curriculum information.
