Biographical or Historical Information
The University Planning Council is the one continuing, institution-wide body dealing with institutional planning at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. This Council, made up of ex-officio members and members chosen for specified terms makes recommendations to the chancellor. The planning process is a tool to identify issues of institution-wide importance and to afford the opportunity for the University's stakeholders to discuss their impact.

Records were transferred from the Council.
