Abstract

Alan Beeler (1939-2016) is remembered as a performer, educator, and a prolific composer. Acquired in November 2016, the Alan Beeler Collection contains over a hundred manuscript compositions and arrangements, in addition to other music for a variety of instrumentation. The collection also contains a small amount of Beeler's personal papers, including teaching materials.

Egon Wellesz Contemporary Music Collection

Egon Wellesz (1885-1974) was an Austrian-born British composer, tecaher, and musicologist who composed over 125 works in a variety of perfomance media.
