This folder contains the 3rd place ribbon the Triangle Seagals received from WAVES National for a Newsletter Competition. The certificate can be found in Folder 5, page 48. The scrapbook features information on the yearly WAVES National Conference, the volunteer services of the Triangle Seagals, and various correspondence from people within and outside of the organization. It also includes information on charities which the Triangle Seagals were involved with and their sponsorships.
