Scope and Contents
This scrapbook, created by representatives of the University Chorale, documents the group and its activities during the 1975-1976 school year at The University of North Carolina at Greensboro. The scrapbook contains photographs of Chorale Director Richard Cox, the group's performance at the Kennedy Center in Washington, D.C., and various productions, including "The Hotsy Totsy Club" and "Sweet and Low Down." The scrapbook also contains memoranda, production programs, song lyrics, schedules, certificates and awards, and newspaper clippings regarding the group's various performances and activities. Additional items include photographs and brochures regarding the Chorale's trips to perform at the Loyola University Bicentennial Choral Festival in New Orleans.
