This scrapbook, created by representatives of the Department of Communication and Theatre at The University of North Carolina at Greensboro, relates to the activities, events, and productions held by the department from 1978-1979. Included are a list of Masquerader's Officers for 1978-1979, newspaper clippings, photographs of productions, play programs, posters, and publication clippings from productions held by the Masqueraders; Street Mime, Incorporated; the Parkway Playhouse in Burnsville, North Carolina; the UNCG Summer Repertory Theatre; the UNCG Theatre; and the UNCG Theatre for Young People. Scrapbook pages are decorated with hand-lettered production titles. Newspaper clippings document Beth Leavel in her role of "Hello Dolly" in October 1978. Miss Leavel received a Tony Award in 2006.
