This scrapbook, created by members of the Sophomore Class Dance Committee at Womans' College of the University of North Carolina (now The University of North Carolina at Greensboro), contains materials relating to the Sophomore Class formal dance, "It Might As Well Be Spring," held on March 5, 1949 in Rosenthal Gymnasium. The scrapbook contains a dance invitation, a dance card/program, and dance committee reports detailing committee duties and financial expenditures. The scrapbook is decorated with cut-out images of spring.
