This scrapbook, created by members of the Freshman Class Dance Committee at Woman's College of the University of North Carolina (now The University of North Carolina at Greensboro), contains materials relating to the Freshman Class formal dance, "Blue Champagne," held on March 29, 1947 in Rosenthal Gymnasium. The scrapbook contains newspaper clippings, a dance card/program, an orchestra contract with Paul Bell and his orchestra, and dance committee reports detailing committee duties and financial expenditures. The scrapbook also contains several small drawings.
