This scrapbook, created by members of the dance committees of the Aletheian and Adelphian Societies at Woman's College of the University of North Carolina (now The University of North Carolina at Greensboro), contains materials relating to the Aletheian-Adelphian formal dance held on January 11, 1947 in Rosenthal Gymnasium. The scrapbook contains invitations, newspaper clippings, an invitation list, and dance committee reports detailing committee duties and financial expenditures. Also included is information regarding a tea dance held on January 11, 1947 at the Weil-Winfield Residence Hall Ballroom.
