Scope and Contents
This scrapbook, created by members of the Town Students Dance Committee at Woman's College of the University of North Carolina (now The University of North Carolina at Greensboro), contains materials relating to the Town Students' formal dance, "Summertime," held on April 28, 1945 in Rosenthal Gymnasium. The scrapbook contains reports from each dance committee, a financial breakdown, newspaper clippings, an invitation, a dance card, a list of committee chairmen, and a signed orchestra contract with "The Serenadors."
