This scrapbook, created by student members of the Young Women’s Christian Association, contains materials relating to the 1938-1939 school year at Woman’s College of the University of North Carolina (now The University of North Carolina at Greensboro). The scrapbook contains a weekly schedule of events, the “Report of YWCA Cabinet Training Retreat” from June 6-9, 1938; “Daily-Vu” newsletter; programs for the Worship Service and University Sermon; “All About the ‘Y’” information sheet; and a brochure, correspondence, solicitation card, and tag related to the Far East Student Service Fund. Photographs document events, groups, and individuals at the Girl Scout camp.
