[Jamison Hall Scrapbook], 1967 - 1968
Scope and Contents
This scrapbook, created by residents of Jamison Hall, contains materials relating to the 1967-1968 school year at The University of North Carolina at Greensboro. Items in the scrapbook include programs, a residence hall list with room assignments, and ephemera related to Rat Day and student life in the residence hall. Photographs document students moving into the resident hall, a Piney Lake picnic, a Halloween party, Thanksgiving Vespers, the Holiday Ball, a Christmas party, the McIver Statue in a Santa Claus beard, a snow scene, “boys in the room," Rat Day, exteriors of the residence hall, the Spring Charlies dance, skits, and residence hall life. Drawings, paintings, and ephemera decorate the pages of the scrapbook.
