Abstract The North Carolina Entrepreneurship Center (NCEC) has its origins in the Building Entrepreneurial Learning for Life (BELL) program, which in turn, began with a statwide entrepreneurial proposal to the Kauffman Foundation in 2006. The BELL program began in the fall of 2007 at UNCG as a campus-wide interdisciplinary effort.
